Nature of our service

Creatora is a 100% digital marketplace that connects brands with creators. We do not ship any physical goods and we do not sell digital goods, subscriptions or paid access in V1. Creatora V1 is free for brands and creators.

How access is delivered

• Sign up with your email — access to the marketplace is granted immediately, at no cost.
• Brands can publish campaigns and creators can apply straight away.
• No payment, activation fee or purchase is required at any step.

Creator deliverables

• Creators upload drafts and final content links to the collaboration page in the app.
• Brands review, request changes and approve inside the platform — nothing is shipped.
• Timelines for each collaboration are agreed between the brand and the creator.

Payments between brands and creators

Creatora does not collect, hold, process or settle collaboration payments in V1. Any amount agreed for a collaboration is paid directly by the brand to the creator using a method they choose between themselves. Wallets, escrow and platform payouts are currently unavailable in Creatora V1.
