Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

Nature of our service

Creatora is a 100% digital marketplace that connects brands with creators. We do not ship any physical goods. All deliverables are digital — subscription activations, campaign access, escrow services, and creator deliverables (videos, posts, reels) exchanged inside the platform.

Subscription activation

• Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) activate instantly on successful payment via Razorpay.
• Access is granted to the registered account email — no physical dispatch is involved.
• Invoice is emailed within 24 hours and is available under Settings → Billing.

Campaign & escrow funds

• Funds added to a campaign reach escrow immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment (typically within 2 minutes).
• Funds are released to the creator only after milestone approval, per the Terms of Service.
• Creator deliverables (content) are uploaded to the deal page — no shipping involved.

Creator payouts

Approved earnings are transferred to the creator's Indian bank account via UPI / IMPS / NEFT within 2–5 business days of milestone approval, subject to KYC verification.

Delays or failures

If your subscription does not activate or escrow funds are not credited within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please email billing@creatora.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We resolve such cases within 24 hours.
