What is the platform fee on deals?+
Starter plan deals carry a 15% platform fee, Growth plan is 10%. This is deducted automatically before payout — creators see the exact amount they'll receive before accepting.
How does the escrow work?+
Brands fund the deal upfront. Funds are held securely until the creator delivers approved content. Once approved, funds release automatically to the creator's payout account.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel your Growth subscription anytime — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Do you support international brands & creators?+
Today Creatora is India-first — pricing is in INR, payouts go to Indian bank accounts via UPI/IMPS/NEFT, and invoices are GST-compliant. International support is on the roadmap.
