  • Any other grievance under DPDP 2023 or IT Rules 2021

Response timeline

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt
  • Resolution: within 15 days, as required by Rule 3(2)(b) of the IT Rules 2021
  • Account-deletion requests: processed via /account-deletion within 7 business days
  • Trust & Safety (objectionable content): initial response within 24 hours via trust@creatora.in

How to file a grievance

  1. Email grievance@creatora.in from the address registered on your account.
  2. Include: your full name, account email, a clear description of the issue, the URL or user/content ID (if applicable), and any supporting screenshots.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement with a ticket number within 24 hours.
  4. The Officer will investigate and reply with a resolution within 15 days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (once notified by the Government of India under DPDP 2023) or the appropriate competent authority. You may also contact your local consumer forum or seek legal remedy.
