Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund timeline at a glance
- Refund request acknowledged within 24 hours.
- Eligible refunds approved within 3 business days.
- Amount credited to original payment method within 5–10 business days by Razorpay.
- For escrow funds, unreleased balance is refunded the same business day after approval.
Subscription plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. You retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no campaign has been launched. After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated for unused months minus a 10% administrative fee.
Campaign funds (escrow)
Funds deposited for a Deal stay in escrow until milestones are approved. If a creator is not assigned or fails to deliver, the brand may request a full refund of unreleased funds.
Disputes
Either party may raise a dispute within 7 days of milestone delivery. Our team reviews evidence and decides on partial or full release of escrow within 5 business days.
Non-refundable items
- Payment gateway fees (passed through from the processor)
- GST already remitted to the government
- Released milestone payments after creator delivery acceptance
